How We Started
Iron + Branch Design/Build began with a shared belief that custom homes could be crafted differently—more thoughtfully, more transparently, and more personally. After years spent navigating the complexities and limitations of traditional construction models, we observed too many clients feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or forced to make difficult choices between design and quality. We realized that the home-building experience should be more enriching and fulfilling for everyone involved.
With this vision in mind, we set out to change that narrative. Iron + Branch was created to unite architecture, design, and building under one roof, fueled by a simple but powerful promise: to listen first, then build with care and precision. What initially started as a small, hands-on practice focused on a select few carefully chosen projects has since blossomed into a dedicated team of professionals driven by the same core values—honesty, craftsmanship, and a genuine respect for the individuals and families who trust us with their homes. Travis is a seasoned luxury custom home builder with 30+ years in residential construction and design-build leadership. He combines hands-on construction expertise with executive management to deliver architecturally sophisticated homes across Colorado’s Front Range. Beginning his trade in 1992, Travis has led projects of varied scale, including high-end custom residences, and is known for disciplined project management, quality craftsmanship, and straightforward client communication. In 2017 he founded Iron + Branch to create a more intentional, transparent building experience focused on collaboration and excellence. Guided by his faith and values—integrity, stewardship, and service—Travis emphasizes relationships with homeowners and trade partners as the foundation of every successful project, delivering homes that reflect thoughtful design and lasting quality.

A former Emergency Room nurse with 15+ years in high‑pressure clinical environments, he brings disciplined communication, decisive leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to every custom mountain residence. As Exclusive Iron + Branch Realtor, Josh manages the client relationship and full project lifecycle—from site acquisition and permitting through construction and final finishes—ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. His cross‑sector experience in residential, commercial, and land development provides a 360° perspective that simplifies complex builds. Josh treats each home as a meaningful life investment, prioritizing transparency, proactive problem‑solving, and exceptional craftsmanship from concept to completion.
